El entretenimiento es la ciencia de divertirte a ti mismo para divertir a los demás. En las primeras etapas de mi música la gente se acercaba y me decía “Tu personalidad no se refleja en tu música”. Después hice Solo Piano y me dijeron “Aaaah, que felicidad, ahora podemos tomarte en serio!” -Que se vayan al carajo!-. El problema es que vean la credibilidad de la mano de la seriedad. El entretenimiento no está matando a la música… la música está matando al entretenimiento!

Hay dos Bob’s en la música. Los dos la cambiaron para siempre. Un día a Bob le llevaron a Jamaica unos discos del otro Bob. A Bob le encantó y cuando hizo sus sesiones en vivo en la Radio One de Kingston decidió hacer homenaje al otro Bob haciendo un cover de su favorita, Like A Rolling Stone. Cambió la música y la letra a un punto casi irreconocible. Años mas tarde, dicen que un día vieron al otro Bob en uno de los primeros conciertos de Bob en Estados Unidos. Al otro Bob le encantó y cuando salió de gira otra vez decidió hacer una versión reggae de Don’ Think Twice, It’s All Right. Dicen que Bob y el otro Bob nunca se conocieron. Que cosas.

Buenísimos los remixes de Breakbot y Metronomy al nuevo sencillo de AIR. El de Metronomy simplemente me gustaría que durará más en ese pasaje del final. Entra en mi playlist de canciones con buenos outros, en donde encontramos joyas como Beetlebum, Lonesome Tears, y otras. Las juntaré para un post.
